ATC Williams is proud to announce that Melanie Kempton, one of our talented Waste Engineers based in our Brisbane office has been elected as the Queensland Branch President for the Waste Management Association of Australia.

MAA is the peak body for the waste and resource recovery industry. Its purpose is to support members in achieving sustainable waste and resource management across Australia. The association is the voice of the industry and the first port of call for government when seeking industry views and input. Melanie has consistently provided advice and expertise on a number of WMAA Queensland working groups over the years. With a strong understanding of the current challenges facing the Queensland waste industry, Melanie hopes to create greater certainty for the industry and push for greater government incentives for waste innovation. Well done Melanie!
