Chris Taylor - Senior Engineering Geologist

We’re delighted to announce that Chris Taylor has joined our Brisbane office as a Senior Engineering Geologist. Chris has 15 years of experience working in geological and geotechnical engineering throughout Australia and the UK. His experience includes project management, field work supervision, as well as providing practical design and construction solutions for projects in a range of geological settings. Most recently, Chris worked on a feasibility study for the expansion of a pumped hydro-electric storage facility in the Snowy Mountains. He has also worked on many projects involving waste management, mining infrastructure, renewable energy schemes, electrical substations, coal-fired power stations, transmission lines and pipelines, railways, tunnels, residential, industrial and commercial developments. Chris has also gained experience in a variety of geotechnical investigation techniques, laboratory and field test methods, and software to measure and analyse soil, rock and groundwater properties.
