In 2021, we are very clear about our identity; we are Tailings, Water and Waste. Our focus is on building competencies to continually improve our level of technical excellence and delivery standards. This focus reflects a desire to expand our service offerings as we look to the future.
Our core values of Commitment, Agility, Respect and Excellence remain central to our work life. These values support a vision of integration, collaboration and shared priorities as a group, which define our identity, focus and expertise. We will continue to grow within this context.
As CEO of ATC Williams, I believe that our staff is unparalleled in terms of expertise, dedication and support for each other. The future of our business lies safely in the hands of these extraordinary people. Our attention, therefore, remains on equipping our workforce to evolve with the change in market culture and technologies. Although border and travel restrictions over the past 12 months have reduced direct colleague to colleague contact, we have continued to grow as a team, in quality and number. As a team, we’re excited to take on the challenges that the future holds.
As we celebrate reaching a milestone of 40 years in business, I pay special tribute to company founder Paul Williams. Those who have the pleasure to work with Paul know that his desire to achieve a quality outcome has been absolute. This DNA remains part of ATC Williams’s culture. Paul’s founding legacy of excellence remains entrenched in our DNA as we move forward. We will be profiling more of Paul’s accomplishments and a few of his favourite memories in future newsletters.
