The ANCOLD Young Professionals group is an important part of ANCOLD, particularly in its role of promoting the dam’s industry, and for its focus on the training of younger professionals.
The key objectives of the Young Professionals (YPs) Program are to:
- Educate and develop the knowledge of the younger generation of dam’s engineers
- Provide a forum where the younger generation of dam’s engineers feel engaged and empowered to contribute to the larger ANCOLD body, and
- Provide a network which enables better communication between the younger generations of dam’s engineers.
