  • I am really looking forward to listening to our people and making improvements based on their feedback and experiences
  • Allowing people to talk openly, trial new forms and documents and provide feedback on how we can improve HSE&W across the business
  • Identify and address systemic organisational issues and develop systems and programs that are simple and meaningful

 

 

Alex van Koersveld
Victorian Operations Manager & Principal Engineer

 

  • I am very excited about taking on the role of operations manager for Victoria
  • As the Victorian office has expanded, I would like to consolidate the team, improve knowledge sharing and mentoring to benefit all our staff and increase the emphasis on project management
  • Providing the necessary training (internal/external) where required
  • We pride ourselves on the quality of work we produce and have done so for many years. I want to maintain these standards, and this is only possible collaboratively, capitalising on our in-house knowledge base to assist staff development and training.

 

 

Nicola Logan
Brisbane Operations Manager & Principal Hydrologist

 

  • I’m travelling to the UK in June and looking forward to sneaking in some dam visits along with seeing family
  • I’m planning to author (or co-author) two papers
  • We’re building a fantastic closure team led by Phillipe Garneau, Katie Carter, and Melissa Salt

  • I’m excited to celebrate my wedding in Portugal after being with my partner for ten years.
  • Seize the opportunity to work at ATCW as a geological engineer and grow my knowledge and experience
  • I’m also keen to work in business development to improve processes and procedures to increase operational performance and customer impact
  • Improve my English throughout 2024!

 

 

Tracey Rose
Sunshine Coast Business Support Officer

  • I am hoping to travel to America to visit my son. He has just had his first baby, and I want cuddles!
  • Continue to be part of a great team here at ATCW

 

 

Mark Passier
Principal Engineer

  • I spent some time on the bench with an injury in 2023, so I’m appreciating being able to ‘do life’ in a way that’s more normal to me
  • Continue building relationships with our great people in this business and deliver excellent outcomes for our clients here in Tasmania
