We recognise the ongoing contribution of Keith Seddon.
The ATC Williams Board meeting held on 7 April 2022 was Keith Seddon’s last as Board member and Chair. We take this opportunity to recognise Keith for 32 years of service with ATC Williams, many of which included a role on the Board. A collective thank you and congratulations are extended to Keith by all ATC Williams Board members, past and present, for his tremendous service as a Director.
We recognise Keith’s technical capability in soil and tailings geotechnics, being at the forefront of our industry for many years. We are grateful that Keith devoted the same level of rigour and integrity to Board matters, contributing to ATC Williams’ strategic direction and our growing reputation and profile.
Through this time, Keith has provided outstanding support to the leadership of ATC Williams, giving latitude to explore and implement change and always constructive in response to the learning curves created by innovation. Keith will continue to provide a significant technical leadership role within the business.
Keith’s final achievements as Chairman were introducing non-executive roles to support the Board and presiding over the recruitment of ATC Williams’ new CEO, Darren Watt.
Our former CEO, Allan Watson, now takes up the role of Board Chair.
