December 2025 marks my fourth year with ATC Williams as CEO, and the completion of our 2023-2025 Strategic Plan period. I am proud to see that, working as One ATC, we completed 12 out of 15 key initiatives.
The standout moments of 2025 have been:
- Appointments to key leadership positions with Kim Morrison as Chief Technical Officer, laying the foundation for actively building the next generation of leaders within ATCW.
- Our Technical Communities, launched in 2024, consolidated, evolved and continued to connect our staff across areas of practice and provided essential networks of knowledge.
- We followed up our 2024 People at Work survey with a Cultural Survey that offers a blueprint for organisational development in the next five years.
- The launch of ATC University (ATCU), our in-house professional development platform designed to empower staff across all levels of the organisation.
- Travelling to Peru in November with a cohort from our Melbourne office for the tenth Relaves Congress in Lima. I personally enjoyed visiting our Lima-based team and strengthening in-country connections.
