During 2024, we kept steadfast to our commitment to deliver exceptional client-focused solutions. Our clients deserve a special mention for their continued trust and collaboration throughout the year. Your partnership is essential to our growth and success.
Internally, we made several innovations.
To begin with, we expanded our disciplines into twenty-one Technical Communities. These communities connect our staff through a common interest in specific areas of practice and provide essential networks of knowledge. Guided by experienced in-house technical leadership, our Technical Communities will drive best-practice innovations to benefit client projects.
Concurrently, we launched the Project Management Excellence initiative to support our project managers with more training and the tools they need to succeed.
We listened closely to our staff through a People at Work survey and gathered valuable feedback to make ATC Williams an even better place to work.
Additionally, we intensified our focus on health, safety, and environmental wellbeing (HSE&W), successfully achieving our target of 200 HSE&W shares from within ATC Williams. This achievement marks significant and positive strengthening of our safety culture.
