Connecting, Sharing and Nurturing: Our Technical Communities
In line with our strategic growth, we are excited to announce an expansion of our disciplines underpinned by twenty-one Technical Communities (TCs).
Technical excellence is foundational to our tailings, water, and waste management brand. Our Technical Communities will benefit from exceptional and experienced in-house technical leadership, mentoring and training to ensure best-practice innovations for client projects.
The TC model will support clients with:
- Leveraging a global transfer of knowledge
- Promoting local innovation
- Access to the best professional skill base for their needs
- The highest consistency in product quality
Essential Knowledge Networks
Our Technical Communities are groups of ATCW staff linked through a common interest in a specific discipline or area of practice. Our TCs will provide essential networks of knowledge and play a key role in achieving our strategic vision. The focus areas are:
Our 21 Technical Communities
Our Chief Technical Officer, Behrooz Ghahreman-Nejad, has appointed the leaders for ten of the TCs. Each leader is facilitating a team chosen for their merits to develop a strategy framework of priorities for the next 6-12 months.
