Joan is an experienced Water Resource and Geotechnical engineer with experience in private and public sectors. Specializing in hydrological studies, water resource management (Goldsim Modelling and catchment yield modelling), surface water management (drainage and flood studies) for infrastructure design and flood mitigation, and a high-level understanding of water treatment and desalination processes. Also experienced in project management, including development and proposal submission, client management, project coordination and planning.
