Phillip is a Principal tailings and civil geotechnical engineer with over 20 years’ consulting experience in Australia, the Middle East, and South America.
His principal area of expertise is in the planning and design of tailings and water management systems for both thickened and un-thickened tailings schemes.
Specialty areas include analysis, design, documentation, construction management, operation, surveillance and closure of earth and rock-fill embankments for tailings storage facilities.
