Rachael commenced her career in 2011, working as a Geotechnical Engineer at SKM/Jacobs in the UK after completing her Master of Civil Engineering. She relocated to Australia in 2017 and has worked at ATCW since. Rachael is a seasoned Geotechnical and Civil Engineer who has worked on large-scale mine projects with a prominent focus in Tailings Management, Dams Engineering and Surveillance.
She manages a team of 30+ Engineers in the Victorian office and is a respected mentor amongst her peers. Rachael’s leadership skills work hand-in-hand with her strong Project Management ability, driving her projects through the design, construction, and delivery phases of the project lifecycle.
