Thank you

Working at ATC Williams has given me an opportunity to be trained as a project manager. The work involved in ATC Williams is very challenging, and it has definitely put me out of my comfort zone, but with the help from some of the best minds in the tailings industry, you feel confident that you are getting the best advice. Working in the Perth office is like working with a second family, where everyone is respectful of each other. I am definitely thankful for the support I am getting from the management, and am very happy to be involved in an organisation that cares about my career.

Wesley Lee, Senior Engineer

ATC Williams is a great place for young and creative minds to apply their skills and knowledge they possess and let their talent prosper in a positive working environment. At ATC Williams, I am always treated as a professional should be and I am also thankful for the support I am given. I am very happy to be a part of an organization that helps me grow and enhance my skills.

Alpesh Patel, Senior Engineer

ATC Williams is a fantastic and fun place to work. The experience and knowledge of the staff working here really assists in being able to advance your career at the same time as encouraging everyone to achieve a good work-life balance. Every month we are encouraged to socialise with our colleagues in a range of organised activities like curling, archery etc; this is excellent for team morale and personal growth. I am very grateful for the opportunities available to me and feel like I have control on where my career goes.

Rachael Costa, Senior Engineer

Joining ATCW presented me with an opportunity to learn and develop in areas I have little to no experience in. I have learnt a lot in my time in ATCW and apply them on day-to-day basis and thereby widened my knowledge and experience. In the weeks prior to joining ATCW, I was asked what will be done in regards to field permeability testing. I had no experience in this area and no one I was working with was able to provide any guidance. After a few weeks with ATCW and I was provided the opportunity and guidance to undertake field permeability testing. I have since completed both falling head and constant head permeability testing on different projects. I have developed a lot more in my career as I am constantly presented with guidance to develop and opportunities to undertake tasks I only dreamt of in the past. The senior management team is knowledgeable and very personal and I am grateful to be part of the ATCW Family
