“As part of the ATC Williams Graduate Program, I experienced first-hand the processes, testing procedures, and consultation associated with the development of domestic and international projects in what has been an exceptional learning experience.”

James Whall, Level 1 Engineer

As a graduate engineer with ATC Williams, I was immediately exposed to all things engineering including, design work, liaising with clients, and project management. I was able to quickly build my technical and management skills, and this was made easier with the supportive and close-knit culture within ATC Williams.

Ashley Chaim, Experienced Engineer

ATC Williams is a fantastic and fun place to work. The experience and knowledge of the staff working here really assists in being able to advance your career at the same time as encouraging everyone to achieve a good work-life balance. Every month we are encouraged to socialise with our colleagues in a range of organised activities like curling, archery etc; this is excellent for team morale and personal growth. I am very grateful for the opportunities available to me and feel like I have control on where my career goes.

Rachael Costa, Senior Engineer

Joining ATCW presented me with an opportunity to learn and develop in areas I have little to no experience in. I have learnt a lot in my time in ATCW and apply them on day-to-day basis and thereby widened my knowledge and experience. In the weeks prior to joining ATCW, I was asked what will be done in regards to field permeability testing. I had no experience in this area and no one I was working with was able to provide any guidance. After a few weeks with ATCW and I was provided the opportunity and guidance to undertake field permeability testing. I have since completed both falling head and constant head permeability testing on different projects. I have developed a lot more in my career as I am constantly presented with guidance to develop and opportunities to undertake tasks I only dreamt of in the past. The senior management team is knowledgeable and very personal and I am grateful to be part of the ATCW Family
