The Project Management Excellence (PME) Initiative is a significant milestone generated from our 2023-2025 Strategic Plan. In 2023, a Project Management Technical Community (PMTC) led by Dayjil Buhle, Senior Associate, undertook the process of developing a competency framework for ATCW. This initiative aims to enhance client experiences by improving our project performance.
Purpose-driven Project Delivery
The purpose of the project management competency framework is to ensure client satisfaction with service provision and project delivery. The framework enables and supports operational systems, processes and continued professional development.
The work of our Project Managers is critical to the performance of the business, with responsibilities that include:
- Successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Effectively resourcing consulting time.
- Reducing exposure to risks in areas such as commercial, technical, compliance, and health, safety, environment, and wellness (HSEW).
- Maintaining the quality certification of our business in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
A Proactive Project Management Culture
Our clients and their projects benefit directly from our strong project management culture, which emphasises the value of effective communication and offers proactive support to our project managers.
