Zerui Lu graduated with M.Eng. (Civil, with Dist.) from the University of Melbourne and have since worked as a Geotechnical and Tailings Engineer at ATC Williams, Melbourne.
Zerui Lu has been involved in numerous global and local tailings, waste and water management projects providing engineering designs and analyses, numerical modelling, and project management.
Zerui’s current expertise and technical interest is in dam break analysis, with a focus on non-Newtonian tailings dam break modelling and failure impact assessment. Zerui has also undertaken dam break analysis and independent technical reviews of more than 50 different tailings and water dam projects.
